The New Hope School District is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Maintenance Worker.  The hours are Monday-Friday, 11:30am - 8:00pm or 6:00am-2:30pm. 

This position will perform preventive maintenance and repairs to the physical structures on the District buildings including, but not limited to, ceilings, light bulbs, walls, doors, windows, floors and painting. Contributes to department performance by completing work order documentation. Assists in other areas of daily preventative maintenance and maintenance in other areas as assigned. Cuts keys and maintain District key inventory.

Must be able to read, interpret and follow architectural and general engineering drawings, schematics and specification as well as manufacturers installation and maintenance documentation.

5 years of related mechanical experience required.

Must be flexible to work hours based on job assignment, with proper notice.

All state-mandated clearances required dated within 1 year of hire date.
